The One Thing I Do Like About The Pear Tree

Which I normally refer to as "the Evil Bradford Pear," so I will spare you that litany again. And instead show you how the fallen petals make even the dullest garden spot shine.

Fallen petals are so lovely. They add another stage of beauty from on the tree to on the ground.

I agree Altoon. And how can this not remind us of all that Japanese art? The ground plane is such an important element in landscape design, in concert with the sky. We are currently working on a rooftop garden where the windows go to the ground. Thus the ground plane assumes a huge presence...with many logistical restrictions. So, this requires much attention.
