Yes, I have the yellow and white ones, tulipa tarda (I think), in my garden, but they are not close to blooming; they are in a cold spot that just lost its snow.
The yellow and white look like 'Tarda' in bloom, but thus foliage is bluish and there are multiple blooms. It's Tulipa turkestanica.
